RMA
*** NOTE: Our RMA policy deals with our direct customers only ( v endors, VARs & resellers who buy directly from Computer City ) . If you are an end-user or have purchased our products from another source, please contact your vendor for more information on RMA returns, warranties, and credit.
 
1.  All returns should be properly packaged to prevent possible damage during delivery. Computer City is not responsible for items that are misdirected, lost or damaged in case of improper packing.
 
2.  Please fill out information required in RMA Form. We can not issue RMA number without your completion of the form.
 
3.  We will ship back RMA replacement via RPS Ground. If you require faster delivery, an additional shipping cost will be charged. 
 
4.  Computer City reserves the right to issue credits or refunds in exchange for returned products, or to replace merchandise with new or repaired, used, or reconditioned parts.
 
5.  We offer 90 days warranty on replaced parts only from the date of shipping back from Computer City .
 
6.  On No Trouble Found ( NTF) items, customers may be charged a $200 diagnostics fee for labor plus return shipping and handling costs. 
 
7.  Please DO NOT return all accessories such as cables etc. as we will not be responsible for the storage, damage, or lost of these accessories other than the RMA item.
